Description:
The Ethereal Glove, better known as the Ghost Glove, is a pair of hide gloves that are brown with white fur on the inside. They're much heavier than similar gloves, weighing in at about 10 pounds each. When worn on a person's hand, that person becomes almost completely transparent, and is able to pass through most things as if they weren't there. The only exceptions to this so far have been objects made of copper, the ground beneath their feet (Though it's possible to phase through the ground if the wearer attempts to), Other beings in this state, and presumably, other entities with similar properties. While in this state, some users have reported feeling weightless, lightheaded, and sluggish. Some also reported hearing voices while wearing a glove, though they are unintelligible according to the late Warder Alex Q. It should be noted that the wearer only needs one of the gloves to become ethereal, and no tests have been conducted where a person was wearing both gloves, as putting one on causes the other to fall through the wearer's body, making it impossible to wear both. This is strange, as other objects worn or carried by the wearer also become ethereal, with the exception of anything made of copper.
Background:
Little is known about the glove's origins, other than that they were supposedly found in a cave system in southern Canada. The cave system is underneath a Native American burial ground, and is still presently underneath a reserve. It's been examined by an expert and has been reported as being of decent quality, and having been somewhat old, likely made somewhere in North America. The source of it's abilities are unknown, but are presumed to be supernatural, likely caused by some sort of spirits. Originally found in the possession of a pickpocket in Detroit, following the trail of possession eventually lead to the caves underneath the Alderville Native American reserve, located in Ontario. The Bureau has requested an active, up-to-date list of the locations of each glove, as a means of security, meaning recovering the other glove is a priority.
Location and Population:
There are two known specimens of the Ethereal Glove in the world. One of which is in the possession of Warder Frank S, while the other is currently missing after Warder Alex Q was killed and stripped of theirs, it's location is unknown, presumably somewhere within Ontario, though it's entirely possible it's made it's way elsewhere.
Hunting or Procurement Methods:
As of now the only two found were supposedly found within the same cave system, both within different locked copper containers. It is unknown if more exist within the caves or elsewhere. Warder first acquired them from a bank robber in Detroit who'd been using them to rob banks.

Warder Frank's log

Streets of Detroit
Spotted a guy walking through a wall into the back of a bank. Waited nearby for him to return, and watched him remove the glove and become solid again. Took him down and took the gloves from him, not sure what the hell these are. Gonna bring him with me and ask him where he found them.

Been following the trail of these gloves for a while. Guy from Detroit lead me to a pawn shop, which lead me to a guy in Windsor, who told me he found them in a cave. Going to check out this cave he mentioned later. It's located underneath the Alderville Native American reserve.

Ran into another Warder, said his name is Alex. We've agreed to check out the cave together. He's lent me a rifle to borrow for the trip. Hope I don't gotta use it. Gonna take it out back and practice though, just in case. Before then though, we tried out the gloves ourselves to see what they did. Found out that while wearing it we can walk through pretty much anything, except anything copper, which reminds me, if whoever is reading this happens to like to wear anything made of copper, take it off before you put the glove on, or you might find yourself a bit less ghostly than you thought you were. Alex learned this the hard way when his pants ripped from the pennies in his pocket when he tried to walk through a wall. After loaning him an extra pair of pants, we found that we were solid to each other while each wearing the gloves, meaning that these gloves could be used to inflict physical harm to otherwise untouchable aberrations. He said he heard strange voices while wearing his, but I didn't hear anything unusual wearing mine. We're gonna check out the cave next week, so I've got until then to scout the surrounding area and whatnot. I should also try and dig up what I can about this Alex character, as I had no idea there were other Warders around here.

Asked other people in the area if they knew an "Alex" and got some mixed results. The people within the Alderville reserve knew of him, and seemed fairly indifferent, saying he occasionally visited the trading post and gas station. They said he doesn't live around here though, so that put me a bit on edge. Most I learned though was that his last name started with a Q. I tried looking for any "Alex Q"s in the phone book, since most people forget they're even in there, but I came up empty. From what I can tell, he pretty much lives entirely off-grid, even more than I do. I even called in a favor to see if there were any bank accounts or addresses under people who's First names were Alex, or Alexander, with surnames starting with Q, but the nearest result was in Toronto. I know I haven't got any reason not to trust the guy, but I also don't have much reason TO trust him. Better safe than sorry usually, with all those "Two go out, one comes back" stories out there, though after taking the rifle to the range, it's certainly functional, and I can't think of any reason he'd have to kill me, other than maybe wanting to be the only person who knows about the gloves here, but even then, he could just take off with the one he already has. Not like I'd be able to find him. I guess I'll just have give him the benefit of the doubt for now, since he did lend me this rifle for the cave.

Checked out the cave with Alex. Ran into some wildlife, but nothing out of the ordinary in that department. The cave was very large, and densely populated with insects. Used the gloves to pass through the huge walls of spiderwebs that must've gathered over many years, before putting them in our coat pockets. About an hour into the cave, I noticed Alex wasn't with me anymore. I called out his name but I didn't get anything back. So either he got lost so deep he can't hear me anymore, he left me here alone, or he's in some sort of trouble. Whatever it is, I'd better get out of here, He could be waiting outside for me, I thought. On the way back, I heard the echoes of gunshots and distant yelling. Ran to investigate and hopefully find Alex, but the caves were a damn maze. I usually had a good sense of direction, and luckily I wasn't terribly far away. I'd guess it was about 2 minutes from hearing the shots that I found where his location. He was dead by the time I found him though. I headed over and checked his magazine, but the thing was full. Whatever had killed him had shot him, presumably, in the back, as he was face down in the dirt. Hauled him outside on my back, making sure to check my six every few seconds out of paranoia at this point. Noticed on my way back that the webs we used the gloves to go through were gone, and in their place was a pile of ash, meaning they'd been burnt away, and on top of that, Alex's glove wasn't in his pocket, meaning it was still in there. Who or whatever did this must've followed us in, but only found Alex. After I dragged the poor guy outside, I looked his body over. Whoever shot him didn't take his rifle, since it was still slung over his shoulder, however, there were eight bullet wounds in his back, and I remembered hearing about eight shots, meaning whatever happened, Alex didn't get to retaliate. They probably just shot him on sight. And eight shots to the back isn't efficient, none were in his head, so whoever did this must've either had something personal against Alex, or they're just insane, or both. The yelling I heard was pretty much unintelligible too, but it didn't sounds like Alex's voice. The only word I definitely heard was "Grave" which could mean a couple of things. And considering there was proof someone followed us in, it was likely someone looking for us specifically. So there's probably a crazy person armed with at least one firearm, and almost definitely a Ghost Glove now too, going around killing people for who knows what. This cave can wait for a larger team. No way in hell I'm going back in there alone. Not only that, but now I've gotta find whoever killed Alex, avenge the poor bastard, and get the damn glove back, all while watching my own back in case someone walks through the walls into my cabin and kills me in my sleep. I'm gonna need to learn how to make some copper bullets I guess.
Report to Society from Warder Frank S

Buried Warder Alex Q out back. Guy never did tell me his last name, but his rifle had a Q next to his name carved into the stock, so hopefully that's enough to ID the guy proper, if he's even on record. Requesting assistance with further investigation of cave system and finding Alex's murderer, because holy shit, this is too much for one guy. Keeping possession of the glove I still have for use in hunting other aberrations, since walking through walls and being nearly invisible from a distance is probably useful. Enclosed are the logs I've been keeping regarding the current situation, located above.
Additional Notes:
Shortly after the report submitted by Warder Frank S, they submitted additional test logs from having used the Glove. They are as follows:
Do not wear anything made of copper while using the glove. It will remain on your person, despite being ethereal, and should you be wearing a necklace made from copper, attempting to walk through a wall will end poorly. Same applies to bracelets, earrings, etc.
Do not attempt to phase through the ground beneath your feet. This should be obvious, but I thought I'd let anyone reading this know that it's possible. If you're not trying to do it though, you'll be fine.
While ethereal, you can inflict harm upon yourself, and other ethereal beings by either holding a weapon when putting on the glove, or using copper. Unsure if copper will work on beings that are ethereal by means other than the glove, but I was able to draw blood with a copper knife. Sidenote: If you remove the glove after having injured yourself, the injury seems to vanish. After putting it back on, it reappeared. If you are seriously injured wearing the glove, removing it is probably a good idea. I wouldn't put it back on after that though. In regards to other beings, I was able to punch, and be punched while testing with Alex. I was also able to hit him with a broom, after holding the broom while putting the glove on. He was able to take the broom from me and hit me over the head with it, as well.
